Missing bolts

I bought two of these lamps, they are supposed to come with 3 very tiny bolts. The bolts are packaged in an unsealed bag, and 2 of the 3 screws were lost for both lamps I received. Without them I cannot tighten the top of the lamp so it bends slightly. So all I need is 4 tiny bolts, but the only option I have for this product is to return the entire lamp. Otherwise the lamp is fine, the gold finish doesn't match between parts on one, but it's not noticeable.
