I have never had something so devoid of flavor - good or bad. I can't even say it tastes like cardboard; at least cardboard has a taste! It's a wild sensation, chewing on food that just sits on the taste buds like paste until you wash it down - preferably with a tasty beverage. If you're in it for the nutrition values, go nuts. Just don't expect a delicious snack.

The worst protein bar I have ever eaten. The texture is disgusting - sort of gummy taffy like. The only flavor was sickly sweet sugar. Nothing remotely donut like. These went in the trash.

Had high hopes
I usually don’t write reviews, but I was so excited about these bars. It has great reviews, so I tried them. They are awful. They made me nauseas and gave me a headache. They taste absolutely nothing like a donut. This is probably one of the worst protein bars I’ve ever tried.

My Absolute Favorite!
I've tried 3 different Trubar flavors and so far, hands down, this one is my absolute favorite! This was the first protein snack I decided to try and I fell in love immediately. Now I can't wait for my trubars to come in the mail every time I order them. I just can't resist! They're really good and taste more like a treat then a protein bar. Delicious!

Eating a treat without the guilt

Definitely loved all the ingredients and seemed pretty clean to me. I will say the flavor I got doesn’t really taste like a glazed donut, but it was pleasant. Will definitely add this to the mix of protein bars I consume.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a good protein bar! Trubar is one of my go to brands when it comes to protein bars but with this specific flavor I gave it a 7/10. Due to the hot weather all the protein bars that came in the box was smashed (and seem like it melted) and so was the packaging but nonetheless it was still pretty good and I will for sure be buying more in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Protein bars. Dry.. gritty. Gross... That's usually what I encounter when trying to find ones I like. Not these. These actually taste really good. The flavor is there and the texture is on point. It's different from any others I've tried. It soft, chewy in a good way, and almost melts into your mouth. I'm definitely a fan. Now I just need to find where these are sold so I can get more and try new flavors!
