Works fine
I used to use the cult classic until I switched to their sensitive skin cleansing milk which was my favorite! Once they discontinued it, I was a bit disappointed to find this as the only “sensitive” option; but it has worked fine for my skin. I wish they would bring back the cleansing milk and other sensitive skin line items. They discontinued every product I was using

Clean and clarifying
This product has helped me greatly reduce my blemishes and doesn't leave my skin feeling agitated. Honestly the original cult classic was too much for my skin and I switched to the fragrance free and all my issues subsided. I have been using the product for quite a number of months and will never look back.

ACNE GONE!
I have been using this for three-four month straight and my ance is gone!! I cant believe it! It makes my skin feel amazing too. My blemishes are gone along with the tiny little bumps I had on my chin and forehead. It is fragrant free which is so important for me! I will forever by this because of how much my skin loves it. I have been fighting for years to find a face wash that does everything I need and the quest is over!! LOVVVVVEEEE!!

My acne is gone, skin finally feels balanced.
I have been using a salycyllic face wash for many years thinking it was the only thing keeping my acne at bay. It was drying out my face, and was managing my acne, yes, but i was still getting some and getting textured skin from all the drying. I have been using this Tula cleanser for about 2 weeks now in combination with a hypochlorus face spray (to keep my routine antimicrobial) and my acne is GONE. GONE. My texture is gone. My face is GLOWING. Like all cleansers, its great to leave it on for a few minutes. As some say, there is a smell to this, but i find it kind of pleasent and neutral. This formula has contributed to saving my skin and i feel so fresh and confident now!

Love this!
It cleans without leaving my face dry and it doesn't take much product so it lasts a while. I don't find that it is fragrance free, but it's not an overwhelming scent and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.

I expected this to smell awful like a lot of products with fermented ingredients- especially bifida. The original has a strong (pleasant) fragrance like laundry detergent that doesn't mix well when using other brands of products with fragrance. I was scared it would smell like yogurt and feet. It smells like nothing and works like the original.

Misleading and disingenuous to label a product fragrance free when it clearly isn't. This "cult" cleanser contains fragrance, parfum, and a slew of problematic citrus oils like orange and lemon which, along with the parfum/fragrance, are known allergens. This us why I will never use Tula products. Promoting lots of false claims in many if their products.

Very nice and gentle face wash, but the issue is you can find that from so many brands both drugstore and high-end. I prefer La Roche Posey for gentle face washes that are good for sensitive skin or cerave
