Sharp pointed tips are specially crafted for accurate removal of ingrown hair or splinters. Disinfect tips with alcohol or peroxide after each use.
How to Use the Splinter Tweezer: Clean affected area on skin with soap and water. Dip tweezer tips in alcohol to sterilize, grip the splinter or embedded item with needle points of the tweezer and back it out gently. After removal, disinfect area with hydrogen peroxide. To remove ingrown hairs, use one tip of the tweezers to "spring out" the hair, then grasping the hair between both tips, gently pull it out from the base. Never use fingers as this can irritate skin or cause infection.

Terrible
This tweezer was terrible. I returned it immediately. It basically has a rounded tip, and zero ability to grasp a hair. I was hoping to replace my tweezerman pointed tip splinter tweezer. But the ingrown hair tweezer did not compare. .

Superb tweezers
I removed a splinter in 10 seconds with these tweezers. I had tried to remove the splinter with my regular tweezers the day before but couldn’t grasp the splinter with it.

I would only recommend Tweezerman products directly from the website. The splinter tweezers are excellent for facial hair problems which tend to be thick, coarse and stubbly. With a good lighted magnifier mirror, you'll be assured other folk won't be seeing what you missed or were unable to remove successfully.

Great for ingrowns
I love this product for getting those pesky ingrown hairs on my neck and just below my jawline. The arms have oversized finger pads which allow for better grip and control from the previous version I had. I highly recommend.

All in one hair removal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the last tweezers you will ever need. It fits in your hand perfectly to get the grip you need to get those pesky ingrown hairs. The tip of the tweezers could go together alittle more but has no effect on getting the hair out.

Splinter removal
