This mattress pad is amazing! There’s nothing like getting into a warm bed on a cold night. Keeps me warm all night. Has a few levels and an automatic 10 hour shut off. Love it!

Do not purchae, it is a faulty product.
Awful product. 1st one lasted 2 months and one side stopped working. The company sent a replacement and that same problem (one side only working) occurred after 1 night. Contact their customer service & request a refund. Phone number is: 1-866-456-8862. I will say customer service has been great, the product is garbage & should be taken off the market.

Feeling cold
Disappointed that the controls on this very comfy mattress pad stopped working only 13 months after I purchased it. At least it last 9 months longer than my first purchase.

Controls stopped working
Loved this for the year that it worked. One side stopped working about a month ago and now the other side stopped working.

Love it
It’s great you can’t feel the wires. It’s super super comfortable. It’s everything that everybody else said it was. I’ve had a couple of them had nothing but trouble with him but this one is great.

I love the dual controls so that way my husband and I can each choose what temperature we want our side of the bed to be set at. I’ve used it every single night since I received it in the mail! Highly recommend!

Lasted less than a year
Lasted less than a year. One side stopped heating after 8-9 months. Other side the plug in area melted in the wash. Absolutely sad at the poor performance.

This mattress pad is so so soft and feels better than my previous mattress pad. Now on the heating function, it works great and you do not feel any wires like an electric blanket. My only complaint is that I wish all the wording on the paddles would light up.

No more back aches and I'm getting a good night sleep. This will help me hold off on getting a new mattress for now. It also keep me super warm when it's cold! The cables aren't complicated, just one for a full mattress.

Comfortable & Soft!

I seen that it had dual control which drew me in & they work amazing as he can put his on 2 or more & I can be comfortable on 1. I love that we have that option. It has 5 levels of heat you can use for the upmost comfort! The quality is amazing, the sherpa is so soft & is in a nice quilted pattern as pictured. It is the nicest mattress pad I have ever used we love it! It has gave us a more restful sleep. No more getting cold on them cool night's it was 19 degrees in our state & we was snoozing away we even had our fan going cause the heat pad kept us so warm & cozy it is a must have & I highly recommend it to everyone it is worth every penny. It fit's perfect as well as nicely not to snug you can't get it on but not lose to where it will come off when sleeping it is perfect fit!

Heats up quick and stays warm. I thought the Sherpa would make it too hot but I was wrong it just makes it very comfortable to lay on. Where have you been all my life. Easy controller I just wish the cord was a bit longer but it works.

Superior Comfort and Warmth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a heated mattress cover could feel so good but when something heats up this quickly and feels like you’re curled up on a cloud it’s awesome. The pad fits over our deeper queen size mattress easily, no tugging needed. The mattress pad has 2 completely independent controllers, each has its own cord. The cords each run under the bed from the foot to the head, one on each side of the bed. The controls are really easy, power button, 5 heat setting that you adjust with up and down arrows and a preheat button. I haven’t needed to preheat the pad it heats up quickly without using it, you have to press the button a second time to actually pick your favorite heat setting. The pad has an automatic 10 hour shutoff for each side from the time the heat is turned on, great for people like me who always forget to turn things off. This is without a doubt the best heated pad I have had with its easy controls and quick heating.
