Poor quality and didn't last long.
Heater pad lasted for 2 seasons before one side stopped working. Biddeford would not honor 5-year warranty. I will not be buying this brand in future and Target should stop selling this brand if they don’t want unhappy customers.

We bought this item a couple of years ago. We got maybe two winters out of it before one side stopped working entirely. My husband called toncompany to try to get a replacement controller for the side that didn’t work, and the company refused. They said ‘we just bought the company and will not be honoring the 5 year warranty from the original company’. Terrible way to do business.

Target should stop selling this brand!!
Biddeford Blankets has an F rating with the BBB. Check it yourself. I purchased a Sherpa Electric Heated Mattress Pad. It stopped working after using for less than one full season! I have been trying to reach them for almost a year now. My emails always bounce. The contact form on their website doesn't work and the phone number posted on the BBB site works, but if you press 1 for customer service, you get a message saying that the number is not valid. Has anyone ever gotten support for items under warranty? Target should stop selling this brand!!
