Slice into the metal of the case
I purchased 2 collector chests and 1 came damaged with a large scratch on the front of the metal chest through the image. Looks like a worker cut through the plastic into the metal with a box cutter so now it looks horrible. If it was just cardboard package I wouldn't care but this sliced into the actual metal of the case and the image on it.
