Absolutely my kids favorite nuggets (ages 10, 7, & 3). I’m a nurse and health coach and only buy these nuggets because they are made with white meat, an excellent source of protein, and are so easy to make. (I even catch my 10 year old making these as a nighttime snack!)

The best texture in frozen nuggets
My kids have been eating these nuggets for years, and they have become my favorite frozen nuggets also. They cook faster than the regular Tyson nuggets, and I think their shape while cooking contributes to the crispiness. My favorite way to prepare them is in our Samsung air fryer/convention oven from frozen to perfectly done in 14 minutes on power convection at 425f with no preheating!
