bad design, arrived broken
When I opened the box and pulled the tripod out of the bag, the plastic hook on the Spread Lock had snapped off and was loose in the bag. The way you extend the support bars to keep the tripod open and stable is to unscrew it slightly, but this does not guarentee that the tripod will remain stable and locked in place. The plastic hook on the Spread Lock is how you grasp it to turn it so now I have only the remaining nub to work with. Whether the hook is intact or not, this is an absolutely garbage design. It's a fatal flaw and renders the tripod useless. Returning it.

Tilt lock won't tighten
As soon as I opened the packaging I immediately noticed that the handlebar/tilt lock would not tighten, making it impossible to use. After reading all the positive reviews I assumed I had just gotten unlucky and received a defective tripod. I decided to order it again in the hopes that the next one would work. When I received the second one, it technically worked, but I was sent a smaller cheaper looking model even though I ordered exactly the same tripod one week earlier. The second one was 1 inch shorter and 1 pound lighter. I tried calling the manufacturer, but they refused to help me and told me it was Target’s problem. I’m returning both.

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone which is a iPhone XR does not sit securely on the Pro Stand. It gets frustrating when you trying to focus on the subject and the phone fall off the tripod. I definitely would have rethink twice before I would purchase this product.

When You're OnAir, Shoot Like A Pro
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really happy with this ONAIR ProStand Floor Tripod. It's very durable and sturdy, even with the legs fully extended, but it's also very compact and lightweight when fully folded up. I use it at home for podcasting and live streaming, but I also take it with me since it's so portable; it would fit in most backpacks. The three legs each have three extendable "tabs" that allow the ProStand to stand at different angles, and they're activated by the simple flip of the leg "tabs". The center pole also extends for max height. On top, a retractable clamp pulls open and holds securely your smartphone or camera. Not only can you swivel the arm for 360 degree rotation, but the phone/camera holder angle can be adjusted for vertical or horizontal orientation (or anything in between). And to make sure you're shooting at the angle you want, the ProStand even has a bubble level mounted on the midsection, at the top of the legs. Overall, I'm really happy and would recommend this!
