A Must have for heavy flow !

Comfortable, Long, and Super Reliable

They are nice and long, which makes them perfect for heavier flow days and also great for new moms. I feel very protected wearing them, even overnight, without worrying about leaks. They are soft and comfortable on the skin and don’t feel bulky at all. No harsh chemicals which is another plus .I love that they stay in place and give full coverage, so I can sleep peacefully. The Balance line is great because it helps keep things feeling fresh and comfortable, not damp. Overall, these pads do exactly what they promise. They are reliable, comfortable, and perfect when you need extra protection. I would definitely recommend them for overnight use or heavier days.

Worst overnight pad

Complete waste of money. For claiming to be 100%leak free and night defense they are not. I wish I could take these back as they are the worst heavy overnight pad I have ever used. I midaswell have worn nothing at all.

Poor Quality

It seems like the quality has changed. It’s thinner and I leaked like a lot (dripped straight into my legs). This never happened with the ALL-NIGHTER pads. Yes there’s still some leaking but only when it’s completely soaked up.

Ugh... Thanksgiving disaster

I tried this pads because I have really heavy periods and my sister in law recommends them. They're a little more expensive than what I'm used to and honestly... I'm disappointed. I bought the extra heavy overnight to use on day 1 and 2 of my period. (Yup, I bleed that heavy). Within 2 hours, I had bled through the pad completely, and all over my underwear during my family's Thanksgiving dinner. Luckily I don't live far away so I went home and change, put a second pad on and went back. 3 hours later, I was in the same boat. 3 pairs of underwear later, I'm trying a 3rd pad because it's Thanksgiving, nothing is open to go get my normal ones. I'm so disappointed, I wanted these to work so badly.

Not sure why we still have to pay for these but these overnighters are huge. Wide back for coverage whenever you lay down or sit down. Depending on your flow you still might leak but again why aren’t these free.

These are really great. They are thin, and discreet, but very long to help from leaks. I have a bigger bottom, so sometimes the smaller pads don't work as good for me. I need the extra length and these provide that.

Finally, a pad that actually lasts all night!

I like how the pad is longer in the front and back — feels super secure. It’s thin but still handles heavy flow easily, and the wings keep it in place. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads pretty much have front to back coverage. They are comfortable and don’t make much of a crinkle noise. However, I do have side leakage around the wings. Every cycle there is at least one night where I leak onto my underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are absolutely MASSIVE like, NASA could probably use them as landing strips. But honestly, that’s what makes them great. The absorbency is no joke, the wings stay put, and I can actually sleep without waking up panicked about leaks. They’re definitely not the most discreet (feels like wearing a mattress between your legs), but when it comes to heavy nights, I’ll take bulky over risky any day. Comfort is decent, breathability is fine, but the best part is the pure peace of mind knowing I’m covered….literally.
