weird formula
so, the formula is very elastic-like. when you apply it, you can’t add more than one coat because it will stick or clump. when i remove it, it comes off in these weird clumps that look like eyelashes. so, i can understand why the reviews freak out. i thought that maybe this happened because it was a water based formula (my wipes were oil), but even when i used water, it did the same thing. honestly, you can get something way better for this price. i really don’t recommend it
