I've been trying different combinations of primers and foundations for a while now mostly because my skin is aging and changing, but also because I'm over wearing heavy makeup, especially during the summer. I've used this primer for years and after trying a few "trendier" kinds I've come back to this. It's wet enough to go on smoothly and help aid in foundation coverage but dries really quickly and nicely. I don't feel my face looks cakey after and over time keeps me looking fresh. love this stuff!

Feels so soft on the face! It has a silky feel. It really make my makeup go on nice!

I've been using this primer for several years now, and it's great. I begin with an SPF moisturizer and then a touch of the primer. A pea sized dab will cover your face, and you will actually feel the moisturizing effect on your skin. Then, it makes your foundation glide on. (I use Estée Lauder Double Wear. ). I'm convinced that I can use half as much foundation and get a smooth, thin layer applied. I love this product, and I've recommended it to friends. It may seem pricey for a small tube, but it lasts a long time and is actually less expensive than many primers that aren't any better.

Simple to apply and I like the matte affect it gives. The foundation last longer.

I got a sample as a free gift and I REALLY love this. I usually hate silicone-y feeling primers, but this one smoothes on easily, doesn't leave a shine, and REALLY blurs... Quite nice, I'm stocking up.

I've been using this primer for about 3 weeks. It's been easy to apply and does give my skin a nice blurring effect and helps my makeup stay throughout my work day. I've even used it for my daughter who needs to wear stage makeup for an upcoming play and it has helped her make up look great even through long rehearsals.

I've used alto of primers and this on e looks soft and fresh after applying makeup. Lasts all day with little to no touchups. Goes on smooth and stays in place.

I always use a primer before putting my makeup. I have shopped around for the best primer no matter the price and I'm amazed at how wonderful ULTA Beauty collection Soft Blur Primer feels and works. I can use it with out foundation and it gives my face and even tone look.

this primer felt really heavy on my skin. it left my skin super oily too which was not great.

I got this as a free sample after buying another product and have absolutely no obligation to write a review but wanted to after trying it. I actually was hesitant and didn't have high hopes for this. I was wrong and instead was surprised straight away. I love that it was clear and went on so smoothly. It is not a tacky foundation but soft and smoothed out my skin as it glided over my face. Feels extremely light weight. Such a great option for when you want something you don't feel. Its just really nice and I think I will purchase the full size. Thank you Ulta!

This is such a great dupe for other products like it at half the price. It smooths out deep pores and skin so that my makeup and blush stick just glide over the top without settling into all the wrong places. It isn't oily and I love the feel and consistency of it. A must-have.

Ever since I tried this product, I purchased it for my daughter and daughter-in-law then most recently my mother. The Soft Blur Face Primer has truly stood the test of time. And I mean decades of time. All 3 generations love it and all of us will purchase it over and over.

This primer leaves my skin supple, but not greasy, a perfect surface for my foundation. The price is reasonable as well
