Q: 1) Why is there no sanitary seal on the tube opening? 2) Is only half the tube filled with primer? I had to press upward until reaching the middle of the tube before any primer came out.

I bought a couple of the Liquid Poreless Putty Primer that offers a smooth and pore-blurring effect with a universal sheer finish. The primer does provide a lasting makeup grip. I use a brush to apply to my skin.

I prefer this primer over the putty primer. It’s not as thick as the putty and I like that it’s more smoothing and more moisturizing in my opinion. Makeup applies smoothly on top and works so good for my pore size.

Perfectly smoothes my hard-to-match fair skin (everything looks orange on me!!), this is blurring but sheer enough for my skin tone to be revealed. I use the original putty to erase pores and fine lines, then top with primer powder in sheer. Love it!!

Goes on really well and feels lovely on my skin, which is sensitive and currently has rosacea following 2 operations for basal cell cancer on my eye and forehead. Really pleased with the base it creates to for cc foundation to cover scars from my ops.

I prefer the OG Poreless Putty Primer. This Liquid version doesn't provide the same 'poreless' effect for me.
