A: When the first few ingredients end in "cone" , that will be how you tell it is a silicone based product... Hope this helps :)

A: Hi, Uliana. Although everyone's skin is different, in general, we do not find this to clog pores. Remember to use just a pea-sized amount. Hope this helps!

A: Yes it is, in fact I buy this primer because I have very oily skin and it blocks most of my oily pores when I apply it before makeup. It's affordable and works well

Silky smooth texture but terrible deceiving packaging. There is next to no product in it, and the actual product is basically only in the cap. What looks like product in the bottle is just coloured plastic. If it was packaged less wastefully I may have considered buying more, but 10x plastic for 0.1x product is not worth it.
Finally and decent primer.

I have always had terrible luck with primers under my makeup, most of the ones I have used don't feel like they are actually making a difference and honestly make it feel like my makeup is sliding off my face. Finding this primer made a huge difference in my overall makeup look, it works great for oily to combination skin and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good primer.

It's a fine enough product, but the texture is very greasy feeling. It did smooth my pores, but I just feel like there are better options available for a similar price, even other options from ELF.

I bought this primer based on the reviews of the product, and while I have no issues with the primer itself, the size of the container is misleading. In very fine print on the container it states 0.47oz. Literally less than 1/2 an ounce. However, the size of the container leads one to believe there is a lot more product in there. Why package only 0.47 of an ounce in a container this large with only a small center tube containing the product? I literally used it a few times a week for a month and it was gone. When it stopped pumping product I opened it thinking it was plugged. Nope. A tube less than 1/2 inch across and 7/8 inch deep was the only reservoir for the product. Could you not have packaged this in a tube with the contents clearly visible to the buyer? In an era of trying to reduce wasteful packaging ELF needs to do better!

This is the worst primer I've ever used. First off, the smell is horrid! Second, it foes not hide pores, in fact it sits in fine lines and makes them stand out even more after applying foundation. I'll never buy this again. Total waste of money.

The sad part is that this was the first primer I ever had, I don’t know if I was supposed to, but when I used makeup with it it just melts :( I was really excited to use this too bc pink is my fav color and it’s pink :( hopefully I can find a new primer!!

Actually used this by curiosity, it was in my daughters makeup case. I was really surprised by how well it evened out my skin texture. It did not crease up in my fine lines. Super smooth finish. Cons: has a weird smell when you put it on.

I have tried so many primers and I use both the hydrating one and then this over the hydrating. I also use this sometimes over areas of my finished makeup to take away the shine. This one leaves a beautiful smooth finish. I just gently dab it on and smooth a bit for that. I use a full pump when I put it over my serum and moisturizer. I also love the smell.

I just started using this before I put on my make up. It works amazing. It gives a really smooth touch and it makes my face not shiny and you can’t see my pores and my make up just goes on so much better. I’m in love with this.

It's a nice, smooth primer. But too smooth. I give it plenty of time to dry/rest, but no matter how long (or not long) I wait, my foundation just slides around on top and always rubs off. Defeats the purpose, might as well not even use a primer.

I'm new to makeup so I can't compare this to other primers but it did an ok job. The one things was it smells very chemically and the smell lasts. I'm not really sure that it fully covers my pores either.

This is my first primer (I'm super new to makeup) and it was pretty good! The only think I'm not a fan of us that it leaves my face feeling a little oily, but it doesn't look it. There's a slight glow, but not super shiny. Totally recommend:)

So I have finally given in to all of the hype and tried the Poreless Face Primer and I love it! My makeup looks flawless and these days that seems near impossible, or did until now. This primer is super silky feeling, but it does take a bit to dry. I noticed around my nose felt a bit oily but after it dries a bit that feeling goes away. I will definitely purchase again at this price point.

It makes your skin super soft but very oily. Makeup basically slides off an hour after applying…I’m better off just applying without a primer to get my makeup to last throughout the day. Since it’s oily, it might work better on super dry skin
