I love elf but this wasn’t it.
I am so satisfied with 99.9 percent of elf products. This primer didn’t act like a primer on my skin at all. Went in splotchy which I thought wouldn’t matter but then disappeared under my foundation and didn’t add longevity to my foundation at all. Won’t buy again.

What Happened to Elf? This is horrible.
I love my Elf cosmetics but this Illuminating Face Prime is horrible! Not kidding. First of all, the product didn't come out when you pumped the bottle. I took off the top and there was no pipe attached to the top...all that was in there was thick goop. I tried to use it and it was cakey and dry. No illumiation at all. It's going in the trash.

A little too much glow
I understand the sun kissed highlighted glow is on trend. However, for my age or my comfort level this primer has just a little too much shimmer for my taste. That shouldn’t take away from the quality of the product though. That’s just my personal preference. It does feel very silky going on.

Sparkling
I didn’t like the texture and it is sparkling which I didn’t like. I thought it would be more illuminating in which it gives good hydration but it leaves the skin with sparkles and matte finish’s.
