The strap is NOT as good as the original UE Roll. It comes off the clamp fairly easy. Speaker is really good though. Sound is great and the small size is fantastic for attaching to hiking bag or backback.

sound quality is a little underwhelming for a UE product. I like the strap though. have a JBL clip with better sound but the hard clip isn't as flexible as the strap on the miniroll.

We finally upgraded our old boom 2. we had been waiting for the usb c charging port. The outdoor mode button is pretty sweet, we are very happy with it.
