great value for the price. it was simple to install and the two rods easily accommodate sheer/semi-sheer curtains and heavier black out curtains. Note that only one set of curtains can have grommets. We didn't know this beforehand and the solution was to turn the sheers upside down. Might trim the grommets off the hem--artistic!

I was so disappointed with this. I thought Umbra was pretty good quality, but this feels so cheap and wasn't strong enough to hold simple curtains.

Scratched the moment I installed. I've had this problem with every umbra product I've purchased, and I don't know why I keep returning to this company because the quality is so poor. Do not purchase if you want your draperies to look nice.

Bought 3 boxes, 2/3 boxes were missing the narrower rod. The one box that had all the peices was easy to install, and works great. I would give it 5 stars, but two boxes missing the narrow rods were useless.

Received the poles a bit scratched (this should have been my first clue). Installed 2 of them today, and didn't realised how easily they scratch. The screws on the bracket scratch the rod like crazy, even if they slightly protrude. Be extremely careful and remove the screws completely when installing (they don't tell you to do this in the insructions). Hopefully the curtain rings don't scratch the rods too much. They look nice but very disappointed with the quality

Sturdy rods with decent screws. You can tell the quality by the screws I find. There is some light that comes up from the window but I don’t follow the minimum distance suggestions for installation from the window / window frame.

The item itself is pretty good, however the order process was atrocious. We ordered this late April, and received our order ~2 weeks later however it was missing an entire item (1 of 2 items). Upon reaching out to Umbra, they said they would send a replacement. I asked for this to be shipped express, which it was not, and didn't arrive until 2 weeks later again, and was slightly cosmetically damaged upon arrival. By that point I did not even want to reach out again. The item itself is functional and looks good.

Very good quality curtain rod and looks great in my living room in the gold colour.

I bought two of these in brass last year (the long one and the short one) for living room windows. They add a nice touch of metallic accent in the room, and were functionally useful. Just make sure that both sets of drapes are not too bulky, as it can make it difficult to close.

Goes with my decor and I expect will match any future styles. Was easy to install and looks great for the price
