A: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zs_NujZRSwI This video helped me figure out how to close them once you no longer want them fully expanded. Hope this helps anyone else who was very confused trying to make them flat again for moving and or storage.

Q: This says the D is 24...wouldn't it mean the length? I think the length is 6...xw???

A: I'm pretty sure tgey don't Zkno what " Depth " Means . And are using " DEPRH " AS THE " LENGTH ". They need to learn WHAT MEASUREMENTS ARE.

Q: The Wide Bin with Lid came with ONE covered piece that is apparently meant to stabilize the bottom of the bin. Is it supposed to have TWO such pieces?

A: Hi Kimberly - Thanks for your question. This product includes a bin, one lid and a bottom board. In order to use conveniently, you'll find the lid can be open half way. It doesn’t need to have two such pieces to do so. We hope this helps!

If you're using these to store things you won't be accessing often, they're great!!! I used mine to store clothes and had them stacked on top of each other (probably my mistake) and after a few months they started caving and got creased. But, like I said, if you're using them casually, absolutely amazing and very cute

Smells bad
This under bed fabric bin would have been fine for purpose and price, but had a distinct unpleasant odor. I was going to return it, but couldn’t figure out how to refold it to fit packaging. It was inexpensive so I thought airing might help. It’s been sitting out open without the lid for several weeks and it still stinks. I wouldn’t recommend buying this unless you are storing items that wouldn’t absorb the odors.
