The lids don't snap on properly so when you fill up the tray to place in the freezer the water comes out. The majority of the time the cube still won't come out despite bending the tray and/or pushing the bottom. One of mine snapped in half when I was bending it and it was barely a bend. $20 for a garbage product. They're currently out of stock and I hope it stays that way or they completely get rid of this product.
