I ordered this online. The package isn’t brand new. The scissors themselves are scratched and smell like vinegar. They look extremely used. The blades have stuff in them. You can tell they are very used and they smell so bad. I’m very surprised target would sell this online. This doesn’t seem like target so I’m confused. I wonder if this was a scam? Not sure but I’m going back in person to return them.
