So frustrating! So many things went wrong: First of all, you only have 30 days to return this item, and the countdown starts when they ship it (even though there was a delay for me to get it). So I basically had 2 weeks). Also, the description is WRONG. the cap is not "silver" as is described AND pictured. The cap is brushed nickel. It also has a Prop 65 warning, which is odd for a soap pump?! The box this came in has chinese writing on it, so its definitely not an American company. I would have ordered from Amazon if I wanted something like that. Because this company is a Target partner, Target would not refund me. Target should be more careful with whom they partner with. I am not happy. I would never even look at any thing from "Unique Bargains" again!
