Overall this is a wonderful rug for the cost! My biggest complaint isn't about the rug. It is how they fold it to ship it. I've had the rug about 10 days and because they fold it there are creases all over it and it just doesn't lay right. I left it alone at first hoping it would rest. I rolled the edges back to help it lay flat. I finally tried the damp towels someone suggested which helped maybe the most, but there are still so many creases. I am really hoping time and traffic on it will help. As for the rug itself its beautiful but kinda thin which I expected for the price. I bought the pad, but I might go and buy a thicker one soon.
