Rug is great-delivery so-so
The rug is fine (once it finally arrived). Perhaps company should relook their delivery notification. I was contacted a day or two after purchase, saying that the item had been shipped. This apparently wasn't the case, since it took 3 weeks+ for it to arrive. I tried calling customer service to find out status, but after waiting 45 minutes, hung up. You should tell future customers that they will get their purchase within a month.
