These rugs are very thin and when shipped they come folded up. Unfortunately the instructions they give for getting out the permanent creases in the rugs are not feasible. Folding the rug backwards doesn't work on a large rug because both halves have folds in different directions. I've crawled around on my hands and knees with a steamer to only slight improvement also. It seems all I do is keep straightening these rugs also because they keep folding up from the ends. Let's sum up what I feel is the problem, they're cheap and of inferior quality.

I like this rug, but thought it looked in the photo to have more brown circles. Also, after a month I still have creases that haven't flattened out. We did all the steps it said to do after arrival but to no avail. But for the money, it is a nice rug.
