Purchased 2 of these rugs and a matching circular area rug for my folks for Christmas. They like them. Seem well constructed for the price. One of the runners still has a matted stripe on it from the tape that was on it, that still is there even after several vacuums. I tried to leave a photo but this review portion of the website isn't "constructed" very well and already booted me once after I uploaded it. Rugs.com delivered our purchase very quickly right before Christmas, this was an enjoyable customer experience, well done. I will inquire with Customer Service if the matted stripe does not come out soon. Customer service was prompt and helpful when I had a question before our purchase, I would hope and assume it will be the same if we need to return the rug. Thanks Rugs!

Perfect!!!
I purchased three rugs for my brand new home. I had not closed on the home just yet but was super eager to have most of what I needed at the front door once I closed. I tried my best to match the rugs from what I thought would look good in the house. I was super nervous but to my surprise, the pictures of the rugs were an exact match! I’m so happy with my purchase! The rugs arrived earlier than expected! I unrolled the rugs and let them rest on the floor for a few days. I then vacuumed the rugs and then placed the furniture down! I will DEF order from Rugs.com again.
