Fast shipping, good price, BUT the color is off
Ordered 3 rugs, same time, same design. By far, they are not the same color. Mine are placed just far enough apart that the difference isnt extremely noticeable. I didnt want the hassle if trying to return them, so I'll put up with it.

Area rugs
I bought several area rugs this fall. They are beautiful rugs and am enjoying them. The site shows pretty thorough pictures of the rugs. It's still hard to get a perfect picture of the colors. I think in each case, the rug was a bit darker than what I anticipated. None-the-less, they are wonderful rugs, keepers!

Soft and warm (colors)
This rug pulled in the colors of our room and is really nice to walk on. Great feel and texture. Adhere to the advice about rolling and folding in reverse if the folds upon arrival. We did not at first and assumed the creases would relax on their own. After a few days we had to move furniture and food it backwards. After that, it lays beautifully. Highly recommend.

Very nice rug
We've had this rug for 2 weeks and we love it. So soft and plush. Laid flat from day 1. Also purchased the thick rug pad and it adds so much to feel of rug. Will definitely buy from them again.

Product defect
We are trying to return the rug! It had raised areas throughout the rug that we have not been able to fix. We’ve done all that was suggested and the (bumps) remain. I have for a return label and a new rug sent to us. We love the look of the rug but the raised areas are a hazard.

Love this rug!
