Great rug but askew!
The shipping and packaging were great, A+. The rug quality and design are what I expected. The colors are a bit duller than anticipated but still coordinate and are lovely. The problem - the rug is askew: the corners are not squared. The rug is more rhomboid in shape. Most definitely not expected. Letting it ‘air’ as recommended and hoping it ‘rights’ itself.

Love this rug!
I hesitantly ordered this rug because of the size and it was ‘on sale.’ I can’t be more pleased with the rug and the overall ordering experience . I love the vibrant colors! The blue is more like a grayish blue and it makes the area I choose for it so joyful. I will definitely be ordering from you again!

Soft and durable, and won't show kitchen stains!
This carpet is so soft underfoot and the colors are work together well. It's going to be my kitchen rug because I think it won't show dirt and foot stains, and it brightens up the space that has dark oak cabinets. Love it!

I really like this rug!
I bought this 3x5 rug last month and I am very happy with it. There were a couple of crinkles across it from being rolled up and shipped that took a while to flatten out but they eventually did. Also the corners were tending to curl up at first but are slowly flattening out as well. The colors are just as I had hoped and I believe are true to the pictures online. I put a thinner pad under it that I bought at a local store to keep it from moving around. I am very happy with my purchase of this rug!

Overall, very good.
Very nice carpet. Reasonable price. I bought two rectangular ones and one round. The carpets are somewhat thin, but because I got them for the kitchen, it’s ok. I wouldn’t want to be picking up heavy carpets when they need to be removed for cleaning the floor. In addition. It’s the first time I deal with this company. It was a good experience. Carpets arrived quick and we’ll packed.

Revised Opiion
I submitted a review on a smaller version of this rug in which I gave it one star because it seemed to have a defect and also the colors were darker (muddier) than what I had expected. However as time passed, I realized there was no defect -- as the instructions explained, the nap on the surface can make it look like there's a defect when that isn't so. Meanwhile, although the colors aren't what I expected, they grew on me. So, as had been my plan, I ordered this larger rug for the same room. I'm pleased with both of them. For the price, they are just fine.
