Soft, plush & quality made. The feeling was great underfoot. I loved it but had to return it. I unfortunately didn't account for the width going under a few doorways. I hope they have this rug in the size I need. If not, I'm sure they will have a size that suits my needs. So happy I ran across this store. The return was easy. I just rewrapped it & dropped it off at Fed Ex. It says it's due to be delivered today. If the refund doesn't go smooth, I'll be back to update if I can.
