This rug is beautiful. I think it looks lighter than your photos- which is good because I need to lighten, not darken this room. I also Bought the rug pad and walking on the rug feels luxurious and cushy and my feet. I love everything about this rug- including the price!

We received carpet 4 days ago - fits our needs - color is great. After opening it and laying it flat - 2 locations on the carpet binding appeared cut with binding out over an inch. The vacuum would tear this apart.

I ordered 3 rugs of matching design. They were shipped within 2 days of the order. One size was out of stock and could not be shipped. I contacted customer service through their website/email to check to see if the rug would be restocked. A customer service agent replied within a few hours offering another rug of greater value. I took the offer and a new larger rug was received within a few days. We love the quality of the rugs and were impressed by the great customer service.

This rug is as described. Very soft, colors are true to picture. It was pretty lumpy after unrolling but used steam on the backside and the lumps disappeared. I did end up getting a cushion mat for underneath to add cushion to the feel.
