Came well wrapped and delivered with care. The rug is quality however the design is slightly different from the picture and not as filled with flowers but with more neutral background color than actual design printing.

I have never purchased a rug online before because I see many comments that the colors aren't as seen on the website or that the rug is creased upon arrival. However, my son purchased several rugs from rugs.com and didn't have any problems. So, I took a chance and am a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! The rug arrived within days, no creases and the colors are beautiful. I would absolutely purchase from rugs.com again (and again).

This is a very nice addition to my living room. The quality is excellent. When opening up and vacuuming the first time there was very little shedding. Cotton backing is a tight weave as well. The rug is plush.

After multiple trips to Walmart searching for rugs I finally looked here and this rug did not disappoint! It’s well-made, reasonably priced, and somewhat plush. The cream and blue colors are lovely and the pattern is not too busy while still feeling ornate. I’m giving it four out of five stars because we didn’t buy a rug pad with it and it could use the extra cushioning. It is a moderately plush rug on its own but our house doesn’t have subfloor, just vinyl and concrete, so my feet could use the extra cushioning of a rug pad. Overall, I would definitely recommend this rug to friends.

I bought this about a month ago and am very happy with my purchase. It vacuums well, stays in place, and the colors look great. My boyfriend was worried it would be "too busy" but it looks perfect. Highly recommend!
