I purchased this rug for half the price of a washable rug that I initially intended to have in my entry-hallway. This rug far surpasses the washable rug. This rug is thing, but provides a decent amount of cushion (not high on my priority list, so my definition of "good amount" may be different from someone else's!). The pattern/texture is true to the photo. I'd say overall it's a bit of a lighter color in-person, but not dramatically so. It fits in the space and I really like it! The quick shipment is a plus. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I don't love how the texture fades towards the one end of the rug I received - looks a little bald because the gradient is also on the lighter end there. Also - when my partner laid on it his skin had a reaction - just good to know!
