Q: How o get the creases and fold marks out of these rugs. I bought a round and square one.

A: Hello. If you would like to fasten the flattening process, we recommend rolling the rug in the opposite direction, while applying pressure to the rug. For example, take the edge of the rug and flip it on top of itself slightly where there is a crease or bump, and slowly pull the rug back to its place, while applying a downward pressure on the crease. This is the method we use in our facility to remove the creases from the rug. For severe creases, you can steam the rug or you can place it top side down on the floor, place some damp towels on the back side and iron over them.

A: Hi Lee. The Unique Loom Outdoor Solid Area Rug does not have a non-slip backing. We do recommend purchasing a non-slip pad (for outdoor use) if the rug is going on a hard smooth surface flooring.

This is my second purchase of this rug. Bought a 10x10 version for my covered outdoor space and loved it so much I bought the same rug in a 6x9 to go under my poolside lounge chairs. The rug is bright, and a beautiful shade of blue (navy/white/grey mixture).

I purchased 2 of these rugs and I love them. They turn colors depending on the daylight. On a bright day like today sunny, they are definitly red/rust and they match my runners (which I got months ago on rugs.com). I couldn't be happier.

The rug is pretty, but very, very thin with no backing at all. It absolutely needs a pad. The problem was finding a 5'3" x 8 pad. Most are only 5' x 7'. I finally found a 5' x 8' and that will have to do.

It is a beautiful rug! My dog got nervous and peed on it. We washed it off with a hose and sprayed it with vinegar for the smell. If there is a stain, I will update that tomorrow. IF not, then its perfect!

I was happy to see that the rug matches the description and images. Also I appreciate that it is perfectly circular and well trimmed. It was shipped in a very tight roll, and it is taking a long time to flatten out. I can still see the ridges from where it was folded into the roll. Other than that I like that it is durable and easy to maintain.

This was the first time I got the indoor outdoor rugs and I really love all three rugs are really nice very pretty one of them I put our shoes on when you walk in the house the other two I have under the chairs in the living room in case anything gets spilled it will be a easy clean up I would buy again and again
