Beautiful rug it won’t lay flat! The middle of the rug has waves of extra rug..as the rug is not shaped correctly sides of rug are longer than middle. I’m sure the shipping the folding of rug at least 6 times into a 4x3 ft rectangular package didn’t help either. Is not delivered in a roll! Hoping it will get better but not sure because it’s not a perfect rectangle..probably should have been a factory quality inspection reject. Sad..but hopeful.

Beautiful and well made.
I purchased several of these rugs in different sizes for our new home and I truly love them! They are well made and look just like the photos. The only thing I would suggest is too also purchase some two sided rug pads for the corners because of how these rugs are packed for shipping, there can be buckling.

I have to agree with others about this rug....
It's hard finding a rug that is just right for our room. The colors of this rug are just right and are the same as the photos. I do have to agree with other reviews of this rug...it arrives folded and does take some time for the creases to relax. I used a steam iron on the reverse to move the process along. The rug is true to size and has a soft quality to it even though it has a short pile. We used a nice pad underneath the rug and it worked out just great!!! I would recommend purchasing any rug from Rugs.com...they did a great job of getting this rug to us quickly, and such a great price.
