These rugs are very pretty & low pile like most oriental style rugs of this type. Easy care & low maintenance. However, like most rugs you have to unroll it & reroll it face out & secure in this position for a few days to help the rug to lie flat when put into place.

It looks beautiful but the rug comes rolled in a direction that makes it hard to lay flat without a lot of ridges in it. It should be rolled up so the design is showing. The packaging is thick and secure enough to protect the rug.
