Still Creased
I bought this rug a few weeks ago and it still has creases. I understand they roll it tight for shipping but I have purchased the same size rugs elsewhere and didn't have the same issue. We've tried everything to get the creases out but no luck. We will live with it for now but disappointed because it makes the rug look terrible.

I bought 2 of these, one for the parlor in my 1890 Victorian home and the other for the dining room. These rugs are just perfect in these rooms. They're soft, the colors are gorgeous and they were just the right size.

Very pleased
I purchased 2 rugs and am very eased with the rugs although I inadvertently ordered the wrong color. I'm keeping it since it's too much trouble to return plus the price has now increased. I'll make myself satisfied with the color. Easy to vacuum since the pile is a decent thickness. Overall, would order from this site again.
