Ordering and shipping were great. The rug is beautiful and matches perfectly. However, there is a tear or flaw in the lower right corner of the rug that is already causing it to fray. Also, I received a rug that was 20' when I thought I had ordered 22'. Now this is telling me it was not quite 20' despite the label on it when it arrived

I laid this out in a long hallway and it actually fit wall to wall. Exceptional! It reminds me of a historical hotel hallway in Ireland. I am very pleased
