Not What I Expected
I LOVE Bunnie and was so excited to buy this book! However, sad to say that the writing is so terrible, I can’t finish it. :( In my 30 years of being an avid book lover, I’ve never not finished a book, so this is a first. Had high hopes and would love to keep reading her life story, but it just reads like a rough draft, not a published New York Times bestseller. The story and sentences seem to bounce all over the place, so it’s not the easiest to keep up with. Maybe the audiobook is better? I’d like to not give up on it completely because again, I love Bunnie, but goodness it needed (more) proofreading.

Highly recommend! Have your tissues ready!
It’s such a good read, you won’t be able to put it down. It’s definitely a tear jerker but it’s such a powerful testimony of a woman overcoming everything life threw at her. Must read.

Heart breaking and beautiful every step of the way. Bunnie is a true warrior and survivor. I have always loved her and do even more after her book.

Such a raw and inspiring story. I'm currently listening to her audio book but of course I had to get me a hard copy!

felt like you were right there living through it with her.
She didn't hold anything back. a very Juicy read for a cold winters day. I have read a lot of Autobiographies but a lot of times left feeling like it was a lot of fluff and they left a lot out. Not this time, I felt bunnie was very honest and open about her life for all to see, regardless of what people would think or say about her. enjoyed reading about the woman behind the man that so many people know. they were both broken, met grew in love and fought to stay in their relationship in spite of all the trama and drama only to come out stronger in the end.
