OMG I saw Told You So at Target and had to buy it. I read it in TWO DAYS. 😳 Her story is so raw and real. It’s messy, honest, and totally unputdownable. As someone who grew up Mormon and feels stuck in the church sometimes, it really hit me to see that other people have struggled too and that things can get better.

Honestly, the best autobiography i’ve read. I could visually picture everything I read in my head like it was a movie or tv show. Hands down recommend for anyone who wants a good book that they can’t put down. I’d definitely go back in time and reread again.

I love this memoir! It’s so raw and true, and it can help spread so much awareness for everything Mayci went through. She stayed true to herself and her story and you could tell. It had my attention the entire time, and I usually done read books very often!!

Told You So
This book is so touching to me. Watching the Secret Lives of Mormon wives, I very quickly fell in love with Mayci and was eager to read her book. Her story is touching and I relate in many ways to what she experienced during her college years with the not so good men. It’s a shame but it has made us the wonderful and empowering women we are today. May I is touching and so is her story. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

I just finished reading "I Told You So" by Maycee Neely, and I really connected with it. The way Maycee writes felt so real and relatable, like she was speaking directly to me. The story kept me hooked with its heartfelt moments, and I loved how it showed the importance of trusting yourself and being brave enough to speak your truth. It honestly inspired me to be more confident in my own voice. If you’re looking for a book that’s both uplifting and easy to dive into, I’d definitely recommend this one!

Best memoir of the year!
I was captivated by Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Immediately, Mayci was my favorite. Her story is real, flawed, and relatable. I was so pumped to hear that she was releasing a book! I finished it in less than 2 days. Absolutely captivating and inspiring. Such courage Mayci had to have in order to write about such difficult topics, and she did it with grace. 10/10 recommend!

This book was so good! I love the SLOMW but i loveddd getting to know more about Mayci’s story. I grew up and left the church and struggled with similar things that she wrote about and so it was nice to hear that I wasn’t alone. Overall a good memoir and I love the courage she had to open up and write about her life!

Mayci is such an incredibly strong woman and mother. She’s always been one of my faves on SLOMW but I have so much more respect for her after learning more about what she’s been through. I read this book in 24 hours. I simply couldn’t put it down. It went with me everywhere I went and I would read any little moment I got. So good. Highly recommend!
