This was terrible. It was extremely tough. Very little meat was actually able to be ate. There was tons of fat and whatever else was in there. Over 4lbs was bought and over 2lbs was tossed after it was cooked because it was just waste.

Tough and very little salvageable meat
It was the worst cut of beef I have ever cooked. I put it in the slow cooker with beef broth. When I pulled it out, I could barely cut it for the gristle and fat. It is super tough. This is the second time I have had this problem with Target beef. I will not buy it again.
