Best skirt steak ever
I had to go to Panama and Argentina to be able to buy this cut, for 10 years! now I'm so happy I can get it at my target. I love the flavor and quality, I love it more than a rib eye. You just have to remove the fat and connective tissue before grilling it

BEWARE 1/4 INCH THICK
The photos are misleading, this is folded over IN HALF and again in FOUR on the end to get that thickness, and you can't actually cook it that way. My "steak" was 1/4" thick for something like $13 a pound? It is infuriating, and it is disgustingly fatty and inedible in addition. I literally threw it out. $17 wasted plus all the other dinner components. I am seeking a refund. I am tired of Target not showing up on delivery day AT ALL as promised and delivering completely inedible and also misrepresented food. Also note this looks like a FIVE STAR product yet only 42% recommend this product. 42%! Why so many stars? Go to a grocery store where this is half as much money and FOUR TIMES as thick and high quality.

Good cut of meat if you make it right
Good cit of meat not too fatty. Given this particular cut of meat it has a lot of tendons running through it so marinating is important and making sure you cut against the grain when slicing. If you don’t, you’ll end up with a chewy texture. But if you cook it right, slice it right and prep it right it’ll be amazing. We use this for street tacos and they were fantastic.

99% fat 1% meat
I understand the cut it’s not the most desirable but the description says “premium angus beef “ as you can see this is mostly fat and not angus beef at all. I should get a refund for this 100% fat meat that I took from target. Very disappointed with this product. It is disgusting. I’m changing the menu thanks to this fat. And it was not cheap.

Delicious!!
First time getting it and we loved it! We grilled it and then mixed it with sauteed red pepper, onion, tomato, garlic and spices and it came out really delicious. So good that i went back the next day and purchased another one. Definitely recommend :)

Not Skirt Steak
Was excited to see this, sadly it's flap meat with extra fat on it. It's pretty much impossible to find skirt steak commercially at this point, it's the butchers cut so, you're going to have to find it at a legit butcher shop

Tasty and easy.
Marinated it for a few hours in ginger, garlic, a little sweet rice wine ("mirin"), and soy sauce. Oh and cilantro. For cooking, just a few mins on each side in a fry pan was perfect. As with all meats like this, it's important to have the meat at room temp before cooking and then let it rest afterwards with loose foil for a few mins to let the juices settle.
