Perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I originally bought this ( a few ) and cooked them via the Treger smoker . After i vacuumed sealed them to eat later for a trip was taking . Souis vide low heat to warm up and it was utterly delicous . Meat had great tender texture and wonderful flavor along with taking in the smoke flavor so well . The cuts were really fresh and overall this was a hit .
