Another lamp from my order is missing an essential part and is unusable. I think there has been a misunderstanding of what is missing from this order. What we are missing is the metal part that attaches the shade to the lamp base. This is a picture of what we have now. We however, got the golden cylinder that is part of the base. This is not what we need. Please find attached also a photo of what I think we need to complete the lamp As picture number three. I hope this helps. Thank you so much.

I purchased two of these lamps for my living room.This is an elegant looking lamp that has a very soft gold metal base and somewhat of an oatmeal colored textured shade. I really like that it has two light bulbs which allows some flexibility in adjusting the amount of light. I think the design of the lamp enables it to be used in either a contemporary or more traditional setting. The lamp looks really nice in the evening with the light turned on. I had a hard time finding a gold tone lamp that didn't look cheap or too shiny and I finally found it.
