submitted byJerith - 5 years agoTarget staff supportA: they may be rust resistant, but be careful when you remove the hooks. A couple of mine broke, and the little metal balls went down the drain. I'm waiting to find out if that is what is clogging our drain.

Very good hooks
I've had these for over a year and they're still nice, not rusted, move easily on the rod. The design is a big wonky, yes, but they are easy enough to hang [I put the curtains on the hooks first, then on the rod], and stays closed. I've had no problems like others have noted.

The quality isn’t amazing, you can tell some of the color is rusting off just out of the box (pic attached). Also the hinges on most of the hooks are really weak/ bad, like feel like they could break after a couple of uses. I think I might end up returning because of that alone, I’d like something sturdy that’s going to last longer

Poor design if you like clean shower curtains
My roommate bought these and I use them because my bathroom has a tub. If you’re a decent person and wash your shower curtains whenever they’re dirty, these latches are very inconvenient. Not easy to attach and reattach quickly. Get the double hooks and save time

The Best Shower Hooks I've Ever Used
This shower hook is the best one I’ve ever used. It doesn’t get tangled up in itself like the usual plastic rings I’ve used in the past and you can be more precise with placement thanks to the little balls at the top. I have a smaller width curtain rod so these hooks are the perfect size but I can see these working well with a normal sized rod as well.
