I need a daily itch prevention intimate moisturizer, that's exactly what I need! But this has dimethicone, which is a silicone. My skin has bad reactions to silicone so I can't use. If Vagisil uses a natural silicone alternative like gransense or even silica, I'd buy in a heartbeat!! And I'm sure a lot of other people feel the same way since a lot of people avoid silicone, so please Vagisil, update the ingredients!
