These are extremely big (size 4; ~150 pounds). The pad portion of the underwear shifts leading to frequent leaks and discomfort trying to ensure that leaks were minimized as much as possible. I expected more from a product marketed for postpartum.

too loose, had to use the frida pants on top of it to hold in place. should have just stuck with depends.

Saw online and decided to try after loving my other Lola products, and I will never buy another PP diaper again 😂! I’ve tried them all, and these are time and time again the most comfortable and absorbent. I’m on the curvy side, so finding anything that isn’t too tight or slightly uncomfy is a game changer. Only thing I’d recommend them to change is have a designated front and back and slightly adjust the fittings to match. But even with the non distinct “front and back”, they’re still incredibly comfortable. Buying for every expecting mom I know, and myself until I no longer need them

Incredibly soft and comfortable and holds an absurd amount of liquid. Zero leaks in the time that I wore them. I went through two boxes before switching to regular underwear with the Lola postpartum pads, which are also fantastic. Love that they’re a simple and clean product, too. I had a third degree tear and needed something that wouldn’t irritate me. 10/10 recommend!

I was excited for these organic cotton underwear, but I was sadly disappointed. They are definitely soft, the material is nice, but the fit is wayyyyy off. They should be sold in sizes. I’m normally a medium and these are too big on me. I don’t feel any kind of support, I was nervous I was going to make a mess the entire time I was wearing them. The back side is too loose and doesn’t really hold the inner pad in place for me.

The fit is way off. There is an inner elastic band that folds in and hits your sensitive parts postpartum. The diapers are way too big, they absolutely need to sell by size, and the pad creases in and only absorbs from the sides, not in the middle/evenly distributed. I hate these so much, I am shocked anyone has liked them. They’re massive and baggy but not in a gentle, comfy way. I feel massively insecure in it and am concerned I’ll drip if I move, this is the last thing you need postpartum. Do not buy.

These are awesome. I have a pretty heavy flow the first few days of my cycle and I like to use these at night. They’re soft and absorbent and don’t leak! Definitely recommend.

Very comfortable. Ended up using this the first time when my water broke so I could make it to the hospital. Kept my pants dry. The hospital’s version was good but this was better

I am actually not postpartum anymore and wear these while on my heavy flow days of my period overnight. They are so comfy and I have not had any experiences with leakage. They fit perfect with plenty of stretch left.

I know the hospital gives you giant pads with mesh underwear, however I had already bought some of the postpartum underwear as I had heard they are so much better, however the ones I had purchased were a little rough feeling, so I was excited to receive these before my baby was born. The underwear come individually packaged, which is perfect for throwing them in your hospital bag. They are super soft, amazingly absorbant, sized correctly, and super comfortable for basically being a diaper. 😅 I would definitely recommend these! Honestly, they are even perfect to wear overnight if you have heavy periods, so much better than worrying about a pad leaking! Go get some for postpartum or just because you have heavy periods!
