Lifesaver during postpartum
This was ny second time purchasing these after having a baby, and I am so glad I did. These are super soft, comfortable and stretchy, and have plenty of room for large postpartum pads to keep everything contained. The only con is that the material does fray/tear quite easily if the adhesive on your pad is strong. This causes the gusset to wear out and possibly tear a hole after a few pad changes. The best pads that I have found for these underwear are the Lola brand postpartum pads. Literally the only ones out of many I've tried that wont rip the underwear.

Terrible ! They were comfortable but caused an awful rash all around my abdomen and lower back. We have to take care of baby diaper rash but now mom has a diaper rash too on top of all the other postpartum healing? These need to be discontinued asap!

PSA: I bought these for postpartum life but after 2 days of wearing them they gave me a horrible rash all over my stomach and upper thighs. Would not recommend!

Happy for all other moms who benefited from this product, however, it’s a HUGE no from me. I wore this after I got home from the hospital and broke out in massive red hives within an hour. It’s currently been 3 days since wearing it and my hives have not calmed down. I know it’s not from my current postpartum underwear as the hives are still in the boyshort shape on my body, areas that my new underwear do not cover. Great if it worked for you, it was horrible for me, though.

Great idea and super comfy however if you stick a pad on and try to change it the whole thing rips apart when pulling the pad off. I should’ve asked for extra mesh ones from the hospital. I expect to be able to wear the shorts at least a full day, not with every pad change which postpartum moms know could easily be a number of times a day.
