Would not revommend
Used HerbPharm and it was quite good. Wanted to try this as price was much less. I am not impressed at all. Not even sure there is much valerian in it. Will not repurchase.

Good idea
That would be definitely a good product, however, the potency is pretty low. For example, I use to use Valerian root extract, while living in Germany. 35 drops in 1-2 onces of water was sufficient. With this product I'd need triple this amount to feel any positive effect.

Valerian root extract
I use this when I wake up at night and have a hard time returning to sleep. I add it to a small glass of water and it really smooths me out for restful sleep
