I have been buying Vanity Fair napkins for many years. The last several months the quality of the napkin has deteriorated. I have tried to wait it out with hopes this problem will be taken care of but I have given up. I will start looking for another brand of napkins. I have had it with having trouble with opening napkin and more times than not the napkin separates and it feels useless. There is a problem, I hope you fix it before others give up on your product.

I usually stock up when on sale at my local store. Just bought some the other day. Not the same. No longer soft and thick. Cheap, thin and scratchy. I’ll be buying the discount brands from now on.

There has been a change for these napkins. I compared to the previous version and the recently ordered napkins are thin and flimsy. I will be returning and finding a different brand to buy. So disappointed as I have been buying these napkins for years.

I've been purchasing these napkins for many year. The quality was great and worth the price. However, my latest purchase of these napkins is very disappointing. The price is up and the quality is drastically reduced. They are paper thin like something you would buy in a dollar store. I won't be buying these anymore. Sad.

I use this product for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Traditional sandwich napkins are rough to the touch and rough when wiping your face. Vanity Fair everyday napkins have been a staple in our house since our children were born. :) I do have one suggestion, change the marble counter top you have printed on the packaging. I realized after two purchases that the package was NOT dirty with brown streaks, it was the marble countertop printed on the package. I’m writing to you because my son picked up the package at the store, and also thought it was dirt. I’m sure lines of dirt on the package, was the opposite of your intention.

I have purchased your Napkins for over 30 yrs because I love the embossed shell design however I have noticed the last year or so the quality has not been up to your standards. Very disappointed with the quality lately.

I've used Vanity Fair napkins for years and loved them. My last purchase, however, revealed that the product had been cheapened. Rather than being soft, they're now rough and coarse. I noticed that the product is now labeled as "Everyday" but unfortunately I will no longer be using them. Very sad. If anyone knows a way to obtain the old version...or can suggest a brand that is similar to the older product, I'd love to know about it.
