I'm obsessed with Vaseline and Aquaphor but hate getting it on my hands (I use the sprays), so I was super excited to try this. But no way, not without any sort of safety or sanitizer seal, and believe me, there's nothing in place.

A: We suggest using our Baby Dove products on infants, as they are designed to provide the necessary mildness and moisture replenishment for the specific needs of baby’s delicate skin. However, if you want to try Vaseline All-Over Body Balm Stick, you can try the product on a small patch of your child's skin (i.e. the wrist or back of arm) and wait around 24 hours. If the area remains free from any type of reactions such as redness or irritation, then it should be safe to use. If you have any other concerns, please consult your pediatrician.

Q: What is with all of the extra ingredients, including dye. The vaseline tubs are pure petroleum jelly. The added ingredients make this unusable for some people with sensitive skin..

Very useful and convienet

The best part though is you don’t have to stick your hands in the Vaseline jar just to get some. This roll on Vaseline let’s you roll it on instead of making a mess with your fingers.

It helps with dry skin, and I’ve found it especially useful for elbows, cuticles, and any dry or irritated patches of skin. Based on the infographic on the back, I did not use this on my face. I love that it is unscented. I think most people would find this product useful.

Not pure petrolatum like normal Vaseline
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife has allergen rash issues and frequent dry skin, so I was excited to try out this product for her. Unscented products are a necessity, as scented products (parfum) usually make her skin worse. The design is great: it's like a large chapstick container and easy to apply. Your fingers/hands do not have to get greasy, and there is less risk of hand bacteria contaminating the tub. Unlike core Vaseline products, however, this is not 100% petrolatum. I understand other ingredients being needed to give this a more chapstick-like firm texture. However, an allergen (tocopheryl acetate) was added along with Yellow Lake 5. While those with allergies should be good about always checking ingredients, this is a kind of product that has the expectation of being allergen-safe (like normal Vaseline). The ingredient list is also tiny, so I'm glad I was careful and checked it. Obviously we are never going to get this product again. We will be sticking with regular Vaseline. I do not enjoy the feeling of Vaseline on my skin, and my wife can't use it due to the added allergens. Vaseline was one of the few safe hypoallergenic brands, and they completely flubbed this. The delivery method (chapstick tube) was at least a good idea. This would have been a 5 star product without the last two unnecessary ingredients.

Great For Dry Skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s so good that I starter using it immediately. I have very dry skin, and this has been amazing. I keep it on my desk for a quick touch up throughout the day. It doesn’t really have a scent, and it is usually to roll up and use it. Great packaging that protected it until I opened it.
