A: Vega Protein + Creatine is vegan and does not use dairy as an ingredient. We do use shared facilities that may also process dairy, but follow strict GMP to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

Have seen a difference when consistently using this product post workout! The flavor pairs really well with frozen berries, for a nice smoothie. It still has a protein texture to it though. Be sure to drink lots of water!
