A: Yes dairy free, it is labeled vegan and the ingredients say no dairy at all.

Strange side effect.
To start I have used other Vega Sport Protein and products for over 10 years. I believe in creatine and was excited for this product. When I received it I was happy with the taste, better than the old version, Vega Sport. Unfortunately, a few days after taking it once a day I started having muscle twitches and cramps. I have used other creatine products so I am not sure why. I stopped taking it and tried again several months later with the same experience.

Tried Vega Protein plus Creatin. It mixed well with Almond milk for a delicious smoothie. Unsure if Creatin helped me as I didn't notice any improvement in my feelings before or after exercising.

Awful flavor, try any other Vegan flavor
I've tried basically every flavor that Vega offers in their protein powder varieties, and both the regular vanilla and this creamy vanilla are barely edible. How can such a basic flavor go so wrong? I either like or love all their other flavors (peanut butter, berry, creamy chocolate, mocha) but I'm choking this creamy vanilla one down.

Good creatine experience
I like the product and I like the creatine is not adversely reacting with my stomach or any bloating. It also does not cause my blood pressure to spike as other ones I've tried do. I am hoping for good results with recovery from long hard workdays!

Have seen a difference when consistently using this product post workout! The flavor pairs really well with frozen berries, for a nice smoothie. It still has a protein texture to it though. Be sure to drink lots of water!
